Sequence Similarity Search

Submit the DNA sequence or protein sequence you would like to search using the SMC BGC BLAST database. Change the options and format as needed. This will submit a task to the SMC Task Queue to search the SMC databases for your sequence.

Select search tool: BLASTN BLASTP TBLASTN Diamond (BLASTP)

Nucelotide Sequence (required, minimum 100bp) (fasta format is also accepted)

Please provide a DNA or protein sequence

E-Value Expectation value (E) threshold for saving hits.

Percent Identity Percent identity

Word Size Word size for wordfinder algorithm (length of best perfect match)

Target Sequences Maximum number of aligned sequences to keep

Dust Filter query sequence with DUST

Soft Masking Apply filtering locations as soft masks
