We have confirmed the production of the seven BE-43547 congeners from this strain and the this particular BGC has all of the expected domains and module. The odd looking arrangement of the KR-DH domains in ctg304_30 (normally DH preceeds KR in primary sequence) is something we observed in all BGCs associated with APD-CLD compounds (rakicidins, microtermolide, BE-43547).
